Town Election: Who's Running so Far?

Shrewsbury Patch brings you the latest update on candidates for the town election.

Nomination papers have been available for the annual town election since Jan. 22, with a deadline of March 19 for certification.

The town election is April 30 (note, this election date was moved from the original May 7 date).

So far, the following have pulled nomination papers with the intent to run for office:

Board of Selectmen:

John I. Lebeaux, 203 Walnut St.

Nicholas L. Soutter, 36 Old Brook Rd.

School Committee:

Erin Hughes Canzano, 6 Holman Heights Cir.

B. Dale Magee, 28 Oak Ridge Way

Daniel W. Zuba, 562 Lake St.

Library Trustees

Beth N. Casavant, 16 Clear View Rd.

Nancy P. Gilbert, 9 Old Laxfield Rd.

Frances Whitney, 8 Gifford Dr.

Melissa C. Byrne, 26 Elma Cir.

Shrewsbury Housing Authority:

Anthony D. Cultrera, 167 Crescent St.
