Monday, Sept. 30

• David Polyak, 46, of Cambridge, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on a Milford warrant charge of operating under the influence of drugs.

• Jarod Bryan, 21, of Leominster, was arrested at 12:14 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class B drug and larceny under $1,200 by a single scheme.

• Dannielle Walsh, 45, of Somerville, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on Cambridge warrant charges of breaking and entering daytime for a felony (two counts), wanton destruction of property over $1,200 and larceny under $1,200.

Wednesday, Oct. 2

• Michael Montanez, 30, of Somerville, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on a Somerville warrant charge of false bomb threat.

Thursday, Oct. 3

• Carlos Tejeda, 20, of Dorchester, was arrested at 3:12 p.m. and charged with failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct and moped violation (three counts).

Sunday, Oct. 6

• James Moran, 49, of Somerville, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on Somerville warrant charges of assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled, assault and battery on a police officer (two counts), defacing property and resisting arrest.
