Boston Magazine Highlights Somerville's 'So Hot' Restaurant Scene
Somerville is "shaping up to be one of the best and brightest culinary destinations in town," the magazine's website says.

On it's website, Boston Magazine has declared, "When it comes to restaurants, Somerville is so hot right now."
The magazine points to some new restaurants and food destinations coming to town in the near future:
- Cafe Tango, which will open underneath the at 16 Bow Street in Union Square.
- M.F. Dulock Pasture Raised Meats, which is moving in next to the former space on Highland Avenue.
- The Bearded Pig, a BBQ company that may be moving into a Union Square space this summer.
Meanwhile, the magazine lists some other trendy newbies in town: , and the , in addition to "already established stars" such as , and (which was named by Patch readers).

A lot of the action seems to be happening in Union Square, including the , that's coming to the neighborhood this summer.
The magazine doesn't mention , the brainchild of Daniel Bojorquez, a protoge of Frank McClelland and winner of "Chopped" on The Food Network, who at last glance was expected to open his South American-influenced restaurant on East Broadway this spring.
Boston Restaurant Talk reported that Fortissimo, a coffeehouse and bakery, could be opening as soon as this month in the Somerville Avenue space occupied by .
And in Davis Square, is moving ahead with .
