• Elias Guillen, 29, of Somerville, was arrested at 9:19 a.m. for Somerville warrant charges of shoplifting by asportation and disorderly conduct.

• James Capobianco, 53, of Somerville, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, a municipal by-law or ordinance violation and interfering with a fire department vehicle.

• Edward Grandmont, Jr., 21, of Somerville, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. and charged with breaking and entering daytime for a felony.
