Cinema Somerville Movies in the Garden Kicks Off

The July movie lineup for the Cinema Somerville Outdoor Movie Series at the Growing Center is announced! Check out the full schedule!

Somerville Media Center announces its 2017 Cinema Somerville Outdoor Movie Seres for July. Cinema Somerville is a popup movie series and is free to the public! These outdoor movie screenings start at 7:30pm with a BYOPicnic and will play at 8:30pm (dusk). Seating is limited; moviegoers are encouraged to bring their own portable seats, blankets, and lawn chairs. The August schedule will be announced soon!

JULY LINEUP:

  1. Thursday, July 6th: Sherlock Holmes, Dressed to Kill (1946)
  2. Thursday, July 13th: The Little Shop of Horrors (1960)
  3. Thursday, July 20th: The Last Time I Saw Paris (1954)
  4. Thursday, July 27th: The Ghost Train (1941)

Cinema Somerville is a popup movie screening project of Somerville Media Center. It builds community in Somerville through collaborations with community organizations and residents by presenting free public film screenings at various locations in Somerville.

The Somerville Community Growing Center garden is a place for people of all ages and backgrounds to gather, learn, and celebrate to grow community.
