Davis Square Restaurant Expanding to Waltham

Posto, the Italian restaurant at 187 Elm St. in Somerville’s Davis Square, is opening a second location at Waltham’s CityPoint development, which is expected to be up and running in mid-2016, according to the Banker & Tradesman.

Posto will join the Bonefish Grill and the shoe manufacturer Wolverine Worldwide at the 230,000-square-foot office complex off Route 128’s exit 27, according to the report.

Wolverine Worldwide will take up the majority of the complex, some 130,000 square feet, with its Sperry Top-Spider, Saucony, Keds and Stride Rite brand headquarters, according to the report. About 15,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space remains.
