Davis Square Restaurant Seized by State

The future of the restaurant was uncertain Wednesday.

M3, the Southern restaurant in Davis Square, has been seized by the state, according to the Boston Restaurant Talk blog.

According to Davis Square Live Journal, the Constable’s Office seized the restaurant on behalf of the landlord, as the restaurant owes the landlord over $25,000.

M3 is at 382 Highland Ave., the corner of Highland and Cutter avenues. It opened in 2012.
