They are generally served before dinner in order to tantalize your palate and prepare it for food and drink! Each aperitif is flavored with it's own herbal mix, making for incredible variety, and they can be used as mixers or served by themselves on the rocks with a twist. Recently, the classic cocktail has enjoyed a renaissance of sorts, with rare and unusual aperitifs re-appearing in shops and cocktail lists around the country. Felisha will be playing bartender at this tasting, mixing up funky cocktails made from Cynar, Bonal, Cocchi Americano and more. Tasty cocktail appetizers will be served to pair with the drinks."
