From the website: "Sometimes the menu just calls for a beer. Big flavors that might be outmatched by even a robust red wine can pair perfectly with a bold ale or lager. Spicy, cheesy, meaty, fried, braised are all words used to describe the foods that provide the perfect foil for a multitude of beer styles, from lighter pilsners and kolsch to hoppy IPA's and stout. Local craft brews alongside small production imported beers will provide a great opportunity for comparison.
