First Thursday in Huron Village

From Lisa deMont, of Marimekko:

Cambridge, MA - Kick the holiday season off by joining the retailers and neighbors of Cambridge's Huron Village neighborhood for "First Thursday in Huron Village," an evening of shopping, dining, arts, and appearances by Santa. The event is scheduled for this Thursday, December 1, from 6 pm until 9 pm, and there will be activities at most retailers including live music, sweet treats, and shopping discounts.

Someone will win a drawing for a gift basket worth over $1400 worth of product and experiences that have been donated by many of the Huron Village retailers. Raffle tickets are currently being sold at each retailer and the proceeds will benefit Community Servings, a not-for-profit food and nutrition program providing services throughout Massachusetts to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses. Gather at "First Thursday in Huron Village" at 8 pm at Marimekko (located at 350 Huron Avenue) for caroling and the raffle drawing.
