Pianists Susan Grace and Alice Rybak bring together two distinguished careers. As Quattro Mani, they share a special interest in the vast repertoire for two pianos and the unique collaboration involved in its performance. This program presents American works influenced by music from around the globe: from the Latin beats of Bolcom's Recuerdos to the Armenian Kanoon orchestra of Hovhaness, the magic of the Balinese Gamelan, and the cotton mill blues of Rzewski.
Distler Performance Hall. Tickets are free with a Tufts ID card (limit two per ID) and $10 for general admission. Call 617.627.3679 for tickets. This concert has been made possible by the Granoff Music Fund.
