Tonight we will feature brand new arrivals to the wine shop at DFP. From the first tastes of the 2011 vintage to new releases from some of our favorite winemakers as well as some recent tasty discoveries from around the world, spring is the theme for this tasting. Crisp and aromatic whites from Germany and Austria as well as delicate-bodied, warm-weather reds will prove a natural compliment to fresh, simply prepared dishes from our kitchen featuring local, fresh, early-spring produce from our friends at Verrill and Enterprise Farms. Brian Connor, from Atlantic Importing Co. will join us for this exciting springtime tasting!
