The OPENAIR Circus is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization whose
mission is to improve children's self esteem, teach them leadership
skills, and generate an appreciation for the arts and community through
circus arts. We are entering our 26th year here in Somerville but are
starting it off with a first for us: a pancake breakfast fundraiser.
The fundraiser will be held at First Church Somerville UCC at 89 College Ave near Davis Sq. We ask for a small donation ($7/adult, $3/child 10 years old or younger, or $20/family) which is a great price for the good food and warm company you'll receive. Please contact me at peter_jehlen@openaircircus.org to let us know how many to expect as soon as possible so we make sure we have enough food for everyone. Please also let us know if you have any dietary needs that we should consider (vegetarian, vegan, food intolerances).
If possible, consider taking public transportation (it's very close to
Davis Sq and the Powderhouse Rotary) to avoid congesting the streets. Let me know if you need help determining the best route. Hope to see you there!
