SFD provides students with a solid foundation in apparel design and construction, and the skills required for a successful career in fashion. Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. As an SFD student, you will join a diverse community of emerging designers. Explore fun hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math challenges throughout Camp Cedar Hill from local program partners. Participants will use a map to choose their adventure and which topics to explore. Meet and chat with STEM professionals while digging deeper into topics you love or discovering new ones you may not have known about!
STEM Fest is the premier STEM event of the year at Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. This event is open to ALL Girl Scout levels with activities and experiments created for different ages.&nbsp;
