The Hamilton Company announces commercial lease agreement with Spirit Halloween at 55 Riverside Ave. in Medford, MA.

Halloween retailer opened its door on August 6^th

BOSTON - The Hamilton Company today announced a commercial lease agreement with Spirit Halloween for approximately 10,000 sq. ft. at 55 Riverside Ave. in Medford, which formerly housed a CVS. The lease agreement commenced on July 15^th, and the retailer opened for business on August 6^th.

Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, Spirit Halloween is the nation’s largest Halloween retailer. This year, the companywill open more than 1,550 seasonal locations across strip malls and shopping centers throughout North America, signaling the start of the Halloween season. Spirit Halloween deliversan extensive selection of costumes, décor, accessories, and one-of-a-kind animatronics.

Spirit Halloween’s in-house counsel represented the retailer during the leasing negotiations. The Hamilton Company was represented by Carol Rash, The Hamilton Company’s Director of Commercial Property & Asset Management.

“Seasonal retail or ‘pop-up’ stores are growing total revenue and market presence at a significant pace each year,” said Rash. “Spirit Halloween is a category leader, and we’re thrilled with their occupancy of 55 Riverside Ave.”
