How Did Somerville Vote in the Presidential Primary?
Bernie Sanders lost Massachusetts, but it wasn't for a lack of votes in Somerville.

SOMERVILLE, MA - Bernie Sanders took Somerville by a fair margin in a losing Massachusetts effort on Super Tuesday, while Donald Trump found it tougher to take the city than he did some others.

Hillary Clinton edged Sanders in the state Democratic race, but it was Sanders getting 57 percent of the vote (12,191 votes) against Clinton's 42 percent (8,977) in Somerville.
For the Republicans, Trump finished with 39 percent (1,086) and won another city, but he saw at least some resistance in the form of John Kasich and Marco Rubio, each scoring 24 percent of the vote.
