Juice Bar Opens At Assembly Row

SOMERVILLE, MA – A local juice bar expanding around the metro Boston area opened its latest store Wednesday at Assembly Row. Squeeze Juice Company, nestled among the fitness studios at FITRow, held a soft opening Wednesday morning.

Squeeze Juice Company quietly announced the opening in a post on its Facebook page. The juice bar also has locations in downtown Boston, Back Bay, Seaport and Chestnut Hill, with a sixth slated for South Station.

The first Squeeze Juice Co. opened in 2012 and partnered with Equinox to open locations at its Boston gyms. After the partnership ended earlier this year, the juice bar struck out on its own to pursue expansion plans, according to Eater Boston. Squeeze Juice Co.'s menu offers a smattering of juices, smoothies and acai bowls, in addition to coffee and treats. It joins Club Pilates and TITLE Boxing Club at Assembly's fitness-oriented cluster of studios, where Orangetheory Fitness and barre n9ne will open later this summer. A fifth fitness studio is expected to be announced soon.
