Mongolian Restaurant Chain Opening In Somerville
A Mongolian BBQ restaurant with a location in Beacon Hill has pulled papers for Davis Square, according to a report.
SOMERVILLE, MA – Mongolian hot pot and barbecue chain Hulun Beir will open its second Massachusetts restaurant in Somerville, according to city filings cited by Eater. The chain, which has a location on Cambridge Street in Beacon Hill, will be located at 5 Holland Street. Hulun Beir has several international restaurants, including two in North America.
The menu includes hot pot broths; meat, vegetable, tofu and seafood options; dumplings; scallion pancakes and additional Mongolian fare, Eater reported. Charges for dipping sauces are based on age and size (seniors over 60 and children under three feet get theirs for free).
Hulun Beir's second North American restaurant is located in Pasadena, CA. Little is known so far about when the third plans to open in Davis Square.
