• Seanna Garcia, 31, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

On June 4, police responded to the AMC movie theater for a report of two unwanted customers. Upon arrival, police were approached by a woman, later identified as Garcia. According to the police report, Garcia began to explain that she and her friend were asked to leave the theater and demanded police review security footage inside. Police said she had a difficult time explaining the situation due to her level of intoxication. Officers described her as slurring her words, with glassy eyes and an odor of alcohol on her breath.

The manager of AMC told police the women were asked to leave 10 times due to their level of intoxication and disorderly behavior. The manager also said the women had smuggled in alcohol to drink during the movie. Other AMC employees and AMC security corroborated the account with police. Police asked Garcia to leave and attempted to escort her from the property. She then allegedly pulled away and began flailing and causing a scene.

Police again attempted to escort her from the building but then placed her into handcuffs due to her behavior. She allegedly attempted to pull away continuously and dug her fingernails into the officers' skin, loudly claiming the officers' actions amounted to "brutality."
