New Last Day Of School In Somerville: Spring 2018 Calendar
The district announced an updated schedule in light of the recent snow days.
SOMERVILLE, MA – Somerville Public Schools will end a week later than originally expected this year due to the slew of snow days, the district announced Monday. The last day of school was originally slated for June 13 but will now be June 20.
The district's schedule will otherwise remain the same, with graduation still taking place Monday, June 4.

30 – no school - Good Friday
31 – Passover begins

1 - Easter
16-20 – April Vacation (includes Patriots

4 – Graduation (tentative)
20- Last day of school
Superintendent Mary Skipper told the Somerville Journal the district is considering a policy similar to "blizzard bags," which replaces makeup days with remote assignments. Somerville has had five snow days so far this winter.
