New Somerville Restaurant Announced In Former Pescatore Space
The Ball Square restaurant closed this month after 13 years, but a new eatery is already moving in.
SOMERVILLE, MA – Weeks after a decade-old Ball Square restaurant shut down, a new eatery is set to take its place. Avenue Kitchen and Bar, an American gastropub-style restaurant, is moving into the former Pescatore space on Boston Avenue, Eater reported earlier this month.
The 2,000-square-foot restaurant will have seating for a little over 90 people across its bar, dining room and patio, according to Eater. Its menu will include Detroit-style pizza, burgers, steak, chicken and fish.
Avenue Kitchen and Bar is eyeing a March opening.
