Police Log: March 28-April 3

Here's the latest comprehensive update from the Somerville Police Department.

Sixteen arrests were made in Somerville between March 28 and April 3. The information posted below was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

FAILING TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER: On Mar. 28, Jamie Nucci, 4o, of 170 Newbury St., Peabody, was arrested at 220 Washington St. at 10:12 a.m. and charged with failing to register as a sex offender.

WARRANT CHARGES for ASSAULT & BATTERY: On Mar. 14, Keisha Lubin, 26, of 1366 Broadway, was arrested at home at 12:06 p.m. on warrant charges for assault and battery.

WARRANT CHARGES for ASSAULT & BATTERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON: On Mar. 28, a juvenile from Somerville was arrested at 91 Highland Ave. at 2:25 p.m. on warrant charges for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

WARRANT CHARGES for ASSAULT WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON: On Mar. 28, Stanley Orantes, 18, of 189 Pearl St. was arrested at home at 2:02 p.m. on warrant charges for assault with a dangerous weapon.

WARRANT CHARGES for ASSAULT WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON: On Mar. 28, Yose Sanabria, 18, of 15b Memorial Rd. was arrested at home at 2:26 p.m. on warrant charges for assault with a dangerous weapon.

FELONY BREAKING & ENTERING: On Mar. 29, Graziano Mellone, aged 32, of 67 Jaques St., was arrested at 131 Central St., at 2:59 P.M. and charged with felony breaking and entering and POSSESSION OF A BURGLARIOUS INSTRUMENT.

FELONY BREAKING & ENTERING: On Mar. 29, Manuel Leal, aged 31, of an unknown address, was arrested at 131 Central St., at 2:59 P.M. and charged with felony breaking and entering and POSSESSION OF A BURGLARIOUS INSTRUMENT.

OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On Mar. 30, Thongrob Mangklaratana, 32, of 154 Central St., was arrested at 103 Prospect St. at 5:01 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence or with a higher than .08 percent blood alcohol content.

WARRANT for LARCENY: On Apr.1, Christopher Hall, 26, of 45 Sunset Rd., was arrested at 54 Curtis St. at 1:06 p.m. on warrant charges for larceny of items valued at more than $250. New, additional charges were simultaneously on this date for ASSAULT & BATTERY.

OPERATING MV WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE: On Apr.1, Bradd Peasons, 31, of 19 Balmoral St., Andover, was arrested on the McGrath Highwa7 at 2:27 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

OPERATING A STOLEN MV WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE: On Apr.2, Reginaldo Rosso, 43, of 33 Jackson Rd., was arrested at 868 Broadway at 3:20 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license as well as RECEIPT OF A STOLEN VEHICLE.

CHECK FORGERY: On Apr.2, Britany Goldberg, 18, of 114 5th Street, Cambridge was arrested at 12 Union Square on charges of check forgery, RECEIPT OF STOLEN PROPERTY, ATTEMPT TO COMMIT A CRIME and POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON.

SHOPLIFTING: On Apr. 2, Steeve Milice, 19, of 34a North Street, was arrested at 115 Alewife Brook Parkway. at 9:08 p.m. and charged with shoplifting as well as ASSAULT & BATTERY and POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON.

DRUG POSSESSION/INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE: On April 3, William Doura, 21, of 1370 Broadway was arrested at 202 Pearl Street, 5:43 p.m., on charges of drug possession (class undisclosed) with intent to distribute.
