Police Looking For Driver In Fatal Somerville Hit-And-Run
Kevin Dumont, 68, was struck while in the crosswalk early Sunday morning, State Police said. He succumbed to his injuries Monday.
SOMERVILLE, MA — Authorities are looking to identify who was behind the wheel in a hit-and-run that killed a homeless man earlier this week.
Police said Kevin Dumont, 68, was struck around 3 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Route 38 and Shore Drive. He was brought to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries Monday.
Dumont was believed to have been in the crosswalk when he was struck, State Police said.

Police don't know what kind of vehicle struck him. They are asking for anyone with information to call the Medford barracks at 781-396-0100.
