
WALPOLE, MA – A medical helicopter was called to Walpole Friday afternoon after a child was struck by a car, according to reports. Police and fire officials confirmed to reporters the child is a 2-year-old boy.
The incident occurred on Lincoln Road around 4 p.m.
The child was "conscious and alert" when he was taken to the hospital, according to police.
