Somerville Sending Out 2018 Census Form
Residents are asked to return the forms to help the city keep up with population changes and keep voting roles up to date.

SOMERVILLE, MA – Somerville residents will receive the 2018 annual city census in the mail over the next few weeks. All residents are asked to fill out and return their census to assist the city with population count and municipal service plans. The Elections Department also uses the census to keep voting rolls up to date.
Completed forms may be returned via the postage paid return envelope included in the mailing, by scanning the form and emailing it to census@somervillema.gov, by dropping it off in a census box located in City buildings and libraries or by faxing it to 617-625- 5642.
