Where Does Somerville High Rank for Public Schools?

Somerville High was ranked 79th out of the top 100 public high schools in Massachusetts, according to a study by Niche.com.

The 2016 edition of the rankings were based on eight factors: Academics, Health and Safety, Overall Experience (parent and student surveys), Student Culture and Diversity, Teachers, Resources and Facilities, Extracurriculars and Activities, Sports and Fitness.

Somerville received an A+ for Student Culture and Diversity, A’s in Health and Saftey and Teachers, and an A- for Extracurriculars and Activity.

Lexington High School was the top ranked high school in Massachusetts, according to the study.
