Winner: Best Florist in Somerville

The best florist in Somerville is outside Davis Square, according to Somerville Patch users.

We tallied votes, comments and reviews to determine the winner.

Nellie's isn't your typical florist. As the name "wildflowers" indicates, they branch out from the standard collection of roses and carnations to create unique bouquets composed of flowers you can't find everywhere.

"Every bouquet we make is an original," said Jessica Squires, an employee. She was happy for the win and said, "We're all a tight-knit family." 

Patch readers had good things to say about Nellie's.

"Great flowers all the time," Kevin wrote. "Have ordered several times through the years. Keep up the good work."

"Nellie's is the best," wrote Julie Anne DiPasquale. "Joyce is willing to listen to what you want and create it better than you could have imagined. Her prices are more than fair. Her service is beyond what you may expect from any business."
