Somerville is filled to the brim with excellent restaurants, and this week's voting showed that everyone has his or her favorite place to grab dinner in the city.

In the end, seemed to be the walk-away favorite. The restaurant, at the corner of Highland Avenue and Central Street, serves crafted cocktails and American comfort food in a casual yet vibrant atmosphere.

One reviewer, writing on Yelp, described Highland Kitchen like this: "The food and drinks are fantastic here. We're never disappointed when we come here, though do expect a wait for either bar seats of a table–even on a Tuesday after work, this place is booming."
