"Everything is delicious," said Mark Shepard of Melrose. But a few different types of baked goods are especially worth exploring, including:
Cakes: You can definitely say that Colarusso's takes the cake. Wedding, birthday, and photo cakes are just a small selection of what they offer. Specialty cakes such as cheesecakes, mousse cakes, and strawberry shortcakes are available upon request. Italian rum cake, cross cakes, casada cake, and the more traditional sheet cakes are also available. One of their sheet cakes can serve 75. Carefully designed wedding cakes are provided after a consultation with the couple.

Pastries: Colarusso's pastry collection includes an array of seasonal varieties, Italian specialties and American favorites: cannoli filled with sweet ricotta, rich chocolate desserts and more. Colarusso's is also known for their cookies, both traditional Italian and classic American varieties.
