Jonathan Burns Honored For Earning Eagle Scout Rank

Senator Jason Lewis and Representative Michael Day were pleased to join Stoneham High School senior Jonathan Charles Burns and his family upon his ascension to the rank of Eagle Scout.

Burns, who has been active in scouting since the second grade, belongs to Boy Scout Troop 513 Stoneham. Burns’ Eagle Scout project involved working with the Greater Stoneham Food Pantry to increase their storage space and improve food storage by designing and building several shelving units and palettes. He worked within their tight time frame to have the work completed before their very busy holiday donation period.

Senator Lewis and Representative Day congratulate Burns on his accomplishments in scouting and thank him for his contributions to the community.
