Soon the School Authorities will be rolling out 'Figures and Studies' regarding the 'Cost Analyses ' of 'Renovate' or Build From Scratch.

I am right now 'Predicting' that they will ' Without One Doubt' present to this community figures which will either be 'quite the SAME as each other or 'Renovation' will be 'more expensive or nearly the 'Same' of course making your Collective Minds come down quite solidly on the 'OF COURSE' Build a NEW SCHOOL !'.

I am going to stop right here and allow your lives to 'experience' this Phenomena which has 'once before' raised its head.

Now ?...Just sit back.......and Wait patiently as this Clock 'Ticks On'...Tick; Tock..Tick, Tock.
Stoneham, the Town which I grew up in, served in and for, used to be a Government system of JUSTICE .

Now it has become over the years a system of 'JUST US' ; A School System which now has a Two sided budget approaching over $ 43 Million Dollars which includes an amount of only about $ 12 Million of 'Classroom Instruction'.

But now.. Let's Wait...'Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock... New..vs. Renovate... Tick, Tock,Truth, Tick, Truth, Tock...
