- "Sunfish" at the Stoneham Theatre

- Why go: According to the Stoneham Theatre, "Sunfish" combines the energy of "Wicked" with the magic of "The Little Mermaid."

- Pudding Paint and Shaving Cream Explosion!
- Where/When: Kidcasso Art Studio, 101 Albion St., Wakefield on Feb. 10 from 10-11 a.m.
- Why go: Let your child (12 months to 3 years) get a little messy at Kidcasso—you won’t have to clean up the mess!

- Primate Party
- Where/When: Franklin Park Zoo, 1 Franklin Park Road in Boston on Feb. 10 from 10:30-11:15 a.m.
- Why go: Learn about our closest relatives and their kin. Visit the baby gorilla, meet the playful lemurs and learn the differences between monkeys and apes with your three- to four-year-old child.
- Pricing: $8 for members or $10 for non-members. $4 for additional siblings.
- Kids Night Out Valentine’s Day Pajama Party
- Where/When: Tumble Kids USA, 38 River Street, Winchester on Feb. 11 from 6-9:30 p.m.
- Why go: It's the perfect time for parents to enjoy a night out. Kids can enjoy gymnastics, games, pizza, popcorn, a movie and much more.
