Nutrition and Healthy Aging Workshop – Monday, April 1 at 9:30am. This program will include lessons and activities pertaining to healthy eating, osteoporosis prevention, meal planning, cooking for one or two and healthy recipe ideas. Memory Café - Monday, April 1, 4pm. Join us for this free, open and welcoming event for caregivers and their loved ones with dementia at the Stoneham Senior Center. Caregiver Support Group – Thursday, April 4, 10am. Join Kathy Learned from Mystic Valley Elder Services for this supportive and educational program that assists caregivers whose family member or loved one is experiencing issues related to Alzheimer’s or other related dementia.
