Stone Zoo Recyling Event April 8

Have some empty bottles and cans on your hands? Skip the trash barrel and head to Stone Zoo during the Bottle and Can Drive. By contributing to this recycling drive, held the second Saturday of each month April through October, you’re not only helping the environment, you’ll also be supporting the zoo. All of the proceeds from this annual fundraiser benefit conservation efforts supported by Zoo New England, the non-profit organization that manages Stone Zoo and Franklin Park Zoo.

The first Bottle and Can Drive will be held April 8 and run between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Other upcoming drives are May 13, June 10, July 8, Aug. 12, Sept. 9, and Oct. 14.
