Why is the Stoneham Town Common Purple?
Relay For Life of Stoneham Helps Raise Awareness For Cancer

On Saturday May 7, volunteers from Relay For Life of Stoneham decorated the town common and town square with purple bows and ribbons to help raise awareness for cancer. Purple is the signature color of the American Cancer Society Relay For Life program, which represents all cancers.
Relay For Life of Stoneham is June 11-12 at Stoneham High School beginning at 6pm. There is still time to register to participate in the event, to donate, or for sponsorship opportunities. Visit www.relayforlife.org/stonehamma.
