Youth Champions Scholarship

The YMCA of Metro North is thrilled to announce that it will be awarding a $500 college scholarship to two graduating high school seniors! The first annual Youth Champion Scholarship will be awarded to two high school seniors in recognition of their personal work strengthening their community and displaying the YMCA values of honesty, respect, caring and responsibility. Scholarship recipients will give a brief speech based on their essay response at the Y Champions Celebration on May 17, 2017.

Applicants do not need to be a YMCA member, but must be a graduating senior of an accredited public, private, parochial, and vocational or charter high school and be a resident of Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Melrose, Peabody, Revere, Saugus or Stoneham.
