HAPPY BIRTHDAY: to Barbara Winkler Greenfield, an Assistant Operations Manager at Merrill Lynch.  She is married to Paul Greenfield, and resided in Stoughton.  Happy Birthday to Karen Finer, founder of Handcrafted Jewelry by Karen, and possibly best known as the mom of Ben Finer, a brave young man who has battled cancer a good portion of his life, and has been featured on WEEI and NECN, as well as Snyder's Stoughton TV Show. He's truly an amazing kid. Salute to his mom Karen, dad Ron, sister Sara and brother Ed.

A second hearing is scheduled for Charl's Restaurant, proposed by owner Bernadin Adley Wakin. The proposed restaurant wants to locate to 809 Washington Street, the former site of O'Donoghue's Pub. They are looking for an all-alcohol license, as well.
