Easton Man Arraigned in Stoughton Drug Arrest
David Pacini faces fentanyl distribution charges in Norfolk Superior Court.

STOUGHTON, MA — An Easton man charged with selling drugs was arraigned in Norfolk Superior Court Wednesday.
David Pacini, 22, pleaded not guilty to possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug law. The arraignment follows a grand jury indictment that moved the case from Stoughton District Court to the higher court. He is free on $500 bail that was transferred from the lower court.
In April, Pacini; Kevin Cook, 18, of Fall River; and a 16-year-old girl were stopped during police surveillance at Presidential Court. Police had received complaints that a vehicle in the lot was selling drugs.

Police allegedly seized about 12.5 grams of fentanyl, split between a bag between the teen's leg and a second bag in the console.
The other two suspects did not appear while Pacini was in court. Pacini is due back in court on Jan. 18 at 2 p.m. for a pre-trial hearing.
