On the Agenda: Historical Commission Votes on Signage for 2 Sudbury Businesses
The Historical Commission will vote on the request for new signage.

SUDBURY, MA—The Historical Commission addresses an agenda this week that includes two appropriateness hearings on Sudbury businesses to add signage.
The meeting, which is open to the public, takes place in the Flynn Building at 278 Old Sudbury Road at 7:30 p.m.

1. CONTINUATION - Public Hearing – Case 16-11, Applicant Stony Brook Market, 29-2
Hudson Road (Town Assessor’s Map H09-0002), for a Certificate of Appropriateness
to install 3 signs.
2. CONTINUATION - Public Hearing – Case 16-12, Applicant Honey Dew Donuts, 29-2
Hudson Road (Town Assessor’s Map H09-0002), for a Certificate of Appropriateness
to install 3 signs.
3. Public Hearing – Case 16-13, Applicant Padraig O’Beirne, Sudbury Home Improvement,
45 Peakham Road (Town Assessor’s Map K04-0606), for a Certificate of
Appropriateness to construct a mudroom, front porch and balconies.
4. Public Hearing – Case 16-14, Applicants Sean & Christine Barrett, 151 Peakham Road
(Town Assessor’s Map J05-0338), for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install Solar
Panels.
5. Public Hearing – Case 16-15, Applicants William and Maria Dawson, 106 Bent Road
(Town Assessor’s Map J05-0322), for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace roof,
windows, siding, front door, and to construct a small second story dormer, add side door
and remove chimney.
