On Tuesday, February 11th, members of the Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable and community members gathered at the Wayland Public Safety Building to fill Valentine gift bags for clients of REACH Beyond Domestic Violence, The Second Step, and Voices Against Violence. Seventy-five gift bags, decorated by students at Sudbury Extended Day were filled and donated to the three organizations. The Roundtable would like to thank Roundtable members, the parents and staff of Sudbury Extended Day, Wayland Creative Preschool, and members of our three local communities for their generous donations. These bags brightened the lives of families living in domestic violence shelters and transitional housing and let them know that they are supported in their efforts to rebuild their lives free of abuse.
