SUDBURY, MA — Democratic state Rep. Carmine Gentile is facing a general election challenge this year for the first time since he was elected in 2014, and the Wayland and Sudbury Leagues of Women Voters will hold a forum in September to give voter some insight into the race.

Sudbury resident and Republican Ingrid Centurion is running against Gentile. Neither candidate will face a challenger in the Sept. 1 primary, and so both will proceed to the Nov. 3 election.

The LWV forum will be taped and will air on Sudbury and Wayland government channels throughout late September and October. The forum will not be open to the public, but voters can submit questions through Sept. 18 by emailing sudburycandidatesnight@gmail.com.
