Free Trail Walk at Billerica's Ralph Hill Conservation Area, November 20

A lovely morning walk offered by Sudbury Valley Trustees

Sudbury Valley Trustees’ Alicia Coleman, SVT Regional Conservation Coordinator, MassLIFT AmeriCorps member will be exploring the northern part of the Assabet, Concord and Sudbury Rivers’ watershed at Ralph Hill in Billerica. The Ralph Hill Conservation Area in Billerica is comprised of 61 acres of beautiful white pine/oak forest, wetlands, and exposed bedrock formations. This stretch of the Concord River is part of the federally designated Wild and Scenic Rivers corridor. Wildlife abounds here with nesting birds, a large beaver pond and two vernal pools. This lovely natural area is easily accessible from Route 3. This free one hour walk begins at 9:00 am, registration required.
