Friends of the Goodnow Library Seeking Donations for Book Sale

Please help The Friends of the Goodnow Library make the 2020 Book and Bake Sale a success by donating books, DVD’s, and CD’s in good condition.

The Friends welcome donations of adult fiction and non-fiction books, children's books (hardcover and paperback), books-on-CD, compact discs and DVDs in good condition. Donations can be dropped off on the cart provided in the lobby of the library until March 17, 2020. We do NOT accept mildewed, musty, or torn books. Due to space restrictions, we cannot accept textbooks, encyclopedias, magazines, records, or video cassettes.

No book sale donations may be accepted after March 17th or during the sale. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

This year’s Book and Bake Sale will take place on Friday, April 3rd, Saturday, April 4th, and Sunday April 5th. A special Members Only Sale will take place on Thursday evening, April 3rd. If you are not currently a member of the Friends and would like to attend this special preview sale, you may join online, at the main circulation desk in the library, or at the door on the evening of the sale.
