Organic Gourmet Chef Leslie Cerier to Demonstrate Quick and Easy Meatless Meals

On Sunday, March 15, 2020, at 3 PM, the Friends of the Goodnow Library will host organic chef Leslie Cerier as part of their Sunday Afternoons at Goodnow Program Series. The program will be held in the Community Meeting Room of the Goodnow Library, 21 Concord Road, Sudbury. Seating for this program will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Do you fantasize about creating quick, delicious and nutritionally balanced meals? Come and tempt your palate with recipes from Leslie Cerier, the organic gourmet chef, cookbook author, and inspirational cooking teacher. While Leslie demonstrates an easy to prepare recipe, you’ll learn timesaving tips, discover quick cooking ingredients, and find out how to manage every part of your cooking process effectively and efficiently, from setting up your kitchen and chopping vegetables to shopping seasonally.

You’ll also get tips on leftover management, enhancing flavor, substituting ingredients, and using garnishes to dress up the dining experience.. Beginners as well as seasoned cooks will bring home more inspiration for meatless, quick and easy, organic farm to table home cooking.

Leslie Cerier, a.k.a. The Organic Gourmet is an internationally recognized farm to table chef and cooking teacher with more than 30 years of experience. She specializes in vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals for health and pleasure. Leslie celebrates the earth’s bounty by adapting meals to what is freshly picked and plentiful. For Leslie, it’s all about the yum!

Leslie has written six cookbooks, including Gluten-Free Recipes for the Conscious Cook and Going Wild in the Kitchen. She has taught sold out classes, and led chef trainings across the globe. She has also developed recipes for organic and natural food companies and provides wellness coaching with expertise in creating recipes for individuals with dietary sensitivities.

Leslie has been featured in Organic Spa magazine, Huffington Post, and the LA Times and has been a frequent TV, radio and guest presenter.

Leslie resides in Amherst, MA, where she teaches private hands on cooking classes and holds luxurious organic gourmet retreats cooking fresh from her organic garden.
