Average living area was 1822sf. 8 Single Family Homes, 4 Condominiums, 6 apartments in multi-family homes and 9 units designated in MLS as apartments were rented. There are currently 17 rental units on the market at at average monthly asking price of $2976 with avg living area of 1754sf. Once a rental property hits the market in MLS they are closing in 31 days. If you are thinking of renting your home you can feel comfortable knowing your home will probably rent for top price and quickly - at least how the market stands now.
