Here are some local volunteering opportunities and ways to help out financially.

As with all aspects of this evolving COVID-19 situation, things are changing rapidly. We are doing our best to keep this site up-to-date. Please visit organizations’ websites for additional information. Websites are the best place to start due to significant increases in call and email volume.
Volunteering:

- Neighbor Brigade: Onboarding volunteers to deliver groceries and other needed items. Scroll down on website and click on “Volunteer” icon
- Sudbury Senior Center: Currently in need of volunteers to delivery groceries, but there is potential for future volunteer opportunities as well. Please email Janet Lipkin, Volunteer Coordinator, at LipkinJ@sudbury.ma.us
Financial Donations:
- Gift cards: The Sudbury Board of Health Social Work Office is currently accepting electronic gift card donations to place that offer delivery (grocery, food, pharmacy, large box stores and online retailers) of essential items. Please email gift cards to hadvabb@sudbury.ma.us. They will be distributed to meet immediate needs of residents in Sudbury.
- HOPEsudbury: Provides emergency financial support by directly paying bills for those in need in Sudbury. Supports community organizations with financial grants.
- St. Vincent de Paul: Provides emergency financial support by directly paying bills for those in need. They also connect residents with concrete goods and resources when they are able.
