In a stunning reversal, MA-DCF has filed a motion with the Suffolk Court to dismiss the custody case of Justina Pelletier and return the teen, taken by the state at the behest of Boston Children''s Hospital over a medical dispute, back to her family. Matt Staver. of Liberty Counsel, who represents the Pelletier family has also filed a motion to expedite the hearing, as "all parties are now in agreement".
After sixteen months of confinement by BCH and DCF, missing out on her education, patient rights, medical treatment of choice, can the ordeal be finally concluding?
