Sudbury Weather Forecast: Snowstorm to Welcome Spring

A snowstorm coming in Sunday night into Monday is set to bring snow to the area on the first day of spring.

SUDBURY, MA - Snow is moving in this weekend, but how much is actually going to fall? Don't shoot the messenger, but it looks like it could be a lot more than originally thought.

The first day of spring storm set to start late Sunday afternoon and continue into Monday morning could bring several inches of snow to the region, depending on which track the storm takes.

There are three different tracks to this storm and of the three the National Weather Service says it's most likely Massachusetts will see six to nine inches of snow before it's all over.

Both Boston and Worcester are up in the air right now as to exact snowfall amounts.

Accuweather says Sudbury and the rest of Middlesex County will get between 6 and 12 inches.

Current forecasts say Boston could get anywhere from a minimum of three inches up to 14, but is most likely to see seven inches from this storm.

In Worcester there is similar uncertainty to the forecast with the city predicted to see anywhere between four to 16 inches, but most likely getting nine inches of snow, according to the NWS.
