Sudbury's actual tax rate, in context
When considering complicated financial issues and decisions about them it is important to have accurate information and a sense of context. It is easy to go astray if the source of your information is not based on complete and accurate facts, but is based on opinions and vague ideas.
A recent posting on this bulletin board states that Sudbury is among the top ten towns in MA for residential tax rates. The MA Department of Revenue's Division of Local Services recently published a report. As of April 27, 2017 all but one of MA towns had approved their tax rates for fiscal year 2017.
