Residents Urged to Attend Route 20 Zoning Project Presentation

The Planning Board joins in a discussion with Steve Cecil of The Cecil Group on Wednesday, March 25, 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall and residents are urged to attend.

The Cecil Group presents its findings on the Route 20 Zoning Project, which has examined the current zoning and development along the Route 20 commercial corridor and the potential for expanded development of appropriate size and character as a result of potential future sewer improvements to Route 20.

The meeting spotlights not only existing conditions, but introduces new concepts and ideas and “illustrates the potential for development and the proper zoning needed to create a Sudbury that can sustain its current business community as well as properly welcome new ones.”
